Dr. Chantas Giannis received the bachelor degree in Computer Science from the Department of Computer Science, University of Ioannina (2002). Also, from the same department, he received the M.Sc. and Ph.D degrees in 2004 and 2009 , respectively. His research interests include Bayesian inference, image and video processing and analysis, stochastic models and methods for machine learning. He has participated in a number of EU and Greek government funded research projects. He has been with ITI-CERTH since 1/5/2013 as a postdoctoral research fellow.
